Description
Students will learn to create healthy and delicious desserts. Perfect for a healthy lifestyle and for those living with a diabetic or special diet. Have the best of both worlds and indulge without feeling guilty! We’ll prepare scones, cheesecake, custards, breads and cakes and students will receive a cookbook of the recipes prepared with a source list for items used.
