Fee: 30.00 per person Spend an evening learning about oyster culture and how to safely shuck them.  Our oysters are flown fresh from Canoe Lagoon Oyster Company in South East Alaska.  Bring a side dish to share and eat oysters, fresh, or cooked every which way.
