It’s hard to imagine a process that manipulates stone, but in this class you will learn the basics of direct stone sculpting. Your instructor will discuss the categories and properties of stone, the tools and equipment required, and safe practices. At the end of the four sessions, you will take home a work of art to display and appreciate. A supply list will be provided before the class.
